2025-2026 Meeting Schedule

VPAC meetings are routinely scheduled for 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd Friday of each month. Meetings are generally held online.

Publication Deadlines

Remember to allow time for review by your college PCC committee and dean. Proposals must be received in Academic Affairs at least two weeks in advance of a scheduled meeting to be included on the agenda. Please note that any proposals received after the deadline for the May meeting will be held until the next VPAC meeting in September.

  • Fall Schedule of Classes and Advance Registration 
    Course listings become available on Testudo approximately the third week in February for the next academic year. Changes must be processed by the second week in March to be in place for advance registration. Proposals can be heard no later than the February VPAC meeting to be in place for advance registration.
  • Spring Schedule of Classes and Advance Registration 
    Course listings become available on Testudo approximately the third week in September. Changes must be processed by the second week in October to be in place for advance registration. Proposals can be heard no later than the September VPAC meeting to be in place for advance registration. 
  • Undergraduate Catalog
    Proposals can be heard no later than the April VPAC meeting for inclusion in the next year's academic catalog.
