The Office of Faculty Affairs helps faculty members achieve professional excellence as we build a world-class public research university. The Office of Faculty Affairs supports all aspects of the faculty experience on campus and advocates for faculty interests and perspectives. The office focuses on six main areas: promotion, recognition and awards, leadership and development, procedures, reporting and research/scholarly misconduct.
The Center for Leadership and Organizational Change (CLOC) provides a full array of professional development consulting services to academic and administrative departments and individual faculty and staff.
The ADVANCE Program supports the recruitment, retention, advancement, and professional growth of a diverse faculty.
